Schedules, teachers and prices of classes, passes, memberships and/or products are subject to change without notice.  Please always check our website for our most current offers and announcements. For updates on class schedule please check our online schedule.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. Any personal information you choose to give us will only be used to help us provide you with the highest quality services, products, and support.
We will never share your personal or financial information with any other party unless required by law.
We do not share bank or credit card information with any outside parties unless required by law.

Cancellations and Refunds

rETREATS and teacher training Cancellations and Refunds

For all retreats and teacher training programs:

Full purchase price will be refunded if cancelled within 7 day of the original purchase date.

50% of full purchase price will be refunded if cancelled after 7 days but within 30 days of the original purchase date.

20% of full purchase price will be refunded if cancelled after 30 days but at least 72 hours before the start date.

NO REFUND if cancelled with less than 72-hour notice.

Classes and Class Series Cancellations and Refunds

Prepaid classes and absence from classes are non-refundable.
Class series are non-refundable, non-extendable, non-shareable, and non-transferable to other persons. They are subject to limits of time. Always check your expiration date before and after your purchase.

·         All series are good for 180 days.

·         All Kids series are good for 90 days.

Gift Cards Refunds

Gift Cards are not refundable and non-returnable.  If purchased for a specific pass, they cannot be used as cash.

Membership CancellatioN AND REFUNDS

Membership can be cancelled anytime for a refund of the unused portion, please contact the store for more details. Membership’s automatic payments are not refundable after having been processed unless a mistake on our part took place. Memberships are non-transferable to another person.

Workshop Cancellations and Refunds

Workshop cancellations required a 48-hour email notice before the workshop takes place. Cancellation requests with less than 48-hour notice will not be honored unless we can fill your space. All refunds will incur a 20% administration fee, or you can get a full refund credited to your Creek Yoga account (can be used toward any purchase).
Workshop cancellation requests must be requested by Contact Us.

Absence to a workshop or event is non-refundable. 
Workshops and events could occasionally be canceled by the studio. If your event is canceled you will be notified by email, and you will receive a full refund or full credit toward your Creek Yoga account if you choose.

Private Instruction Cancellations and Refunds

Full payment will be charged if you cancel a private session with less than 24 hour notice.
If you are late for a private class the class will end at the original time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for a private class it is at the instructor’s discretion whether to hold an abbreviated class or not. 

If we receive your cancellation request less than 7 days before the commencement of the event, or on the day of, or after the commencement of the event, a refund or credit will not be possible under any circumstances.

All NEW students enjoy the FIRST CLASS for $10 and 10% discount on the first series if purchased the same day of their first class. 

Specialty Pricing

Along with our regular pricing, we offer a 10% specialty discount on all Series and Memberships for the following practitioners
(valid ID/documentation required at time of purchase):

Students: Full-time students only. 
Seniors: 60 years and above.
Loyalty:  As a courtesy, we offer a 10% Loyalty discount on your next series if purchased before expiration of your current series or unlimited memberships. Please make it your responsibility to be aware of your series status. Check your series status regularly to take advantage of this discount. You can also call us or inquire at the front desk. (This discount may not be compounded with other discounts.)


We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We ask for $40 refundable deposit for all payments by checks, and we will refund you when payments become clear.

Social Media deals or prepaid class series/membership must be shown to the front desk staff before class, these can only validated in store.

If your account is out of classes, you may renew your class series or membership, or a drop-in class will automatically be charged to your credit card on file and we will email you a receipt.

Class Enrollment

A signed WAIVER is required before starting one’s first class in Creek Yoga.

Since Creek Yoga conducts high-quality small-class yoga instruction, we limit the number of students to no more than 10 per class. Once this number of people is registered for class, we would ask that remaining students return to take a different class. Registering online or over the phone is strongly recommended to save a spot in class. We will hold your space until the last minute before class time, and then we may release it to a drop-in student. If you register online and come to class after class has started and the class is already full, we will kindly ask that you return to another class. You are more than welcome to drop in, but if a class is full, we appreciate your understanding. If you would like to drop-in, please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes early.

If you need to cancel, please call us at least 2 hour before class. No-shows will have the class deducted from their class series.

Students can arrive a maximum of 10 minutes late. 10 minutes after class has started no late comers will be admitted, and we will kindly ask that you come to a different class.

Lost Items

Creek Yoga will not be responsible for lost or stolen items under any circumstances.
Please refrain from bringing valuables into the studio. If you cannot avoid bringing valuables and/or personal items to the studio, please do have them with you at all times.
The studio provides a Lost and Found box for items students may leave behind. On the first day of each month these items, including yoga mats, will be removed, donated or disposed of.

Studio Materials

The items provided in the studio, including but not limited to mats, straps, blocks, and blankets are for use only in the studio and may not be removed for any reason.

Our reading materials may be borrowed now and then, please let us know if you see something you like to continue reading outside of the studio.
